Merkanooka Haulage has an enviable track record in bulk haulage operations at mine sites. Operating at both iron ore and gold mines, we seamlessly transport ROM (Run of Mine) material from the pit to the processing facility using highly specialised equipment.
Our Komatsu WA600-6 are renowned for their heavy-duty capability and stamina within the industry. We pair these loaders with Kenworth C509, C510, and T909 prime movers and Boomerang side tippers for ultimate efficiency on site. Given the varying requirements of each mine, our extensive fleet also includes side tippers in triple and quad configurations, with a payload capacity of up to 200 tonnes.
Our on-site team consists of highly skilled supervisors, operators, and loaders who ensure every job is done right. We also have water cart and grader operators who maintain the roads, ensuring they remain corrugation-free for our heavy-duty trucks. All of our drivers hold an MC licence, police clearance, and have passed a commercial vehicle driver’s medical.
